Terms & Conditions – Nue Brothers Real Estate LLC

1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website www.nuebrothers.com operated by Nue Brothers Real Estate LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Nue Brothers provides real estate services including off-plan sales, resales, and rentals. All transactions are subject to separate binding agreements such as MoUs or SPAs.
3. Commission & Fees
Broker commissions are industry standard:
– Off-plan: 4% – 6%
– Resale: 5% – 9%
All fees are exclusive of VAT and due per agreement.
4. Liability & Information
Property listings are based on third-party sources such as developers. Nue Brothers does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Liability is excluded except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All content (text, logos, images) on this website is the property of Nue Brothers or its licensors. Use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Data Protection & Cookies

7. Contract Conclusion
Real estate purchases are finalized through official contracts such as Form F and SPA, followed by registration at the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
8. Cancellation & Withdrawal
Cancellation terms are governed by each contract and applicable UAE laws. In off-plan deals, specific cancellation policies apply based on project phase and developer terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UAE law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dubai Courts unless otherwise agreed.
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
